DEFECTS & DAMAGES

FURNITURE FREIGHT DAMAGE:

If you receive an item with freight damage, you will need to contact the delivering freight carrier within 24 hours of receipt of the item.  If you are not sure which freight carrier delivered the item, please email us a description of the issue, photos of the damage, the entire piece, and the product label to us, and we will act as a friendly liaison as long as it makes sense to do so.  All furniture is inspected for freight damage prior to leaving our distribution centers. 

FURNITURE DEFECTS:

Although our company does not have a warranty on the furniture, the manufacturers that we deal with do so.  Rather than have you contact them directly, we will act as a friendly liaison between you and the company as long as it makes sense to do so.  If you do receive an item with a defect, please email us a description of the issue, photos of the damage, the entire piece, and the product label to us.  We will then forward the information to the manufacturer for a suggested resolution.   A response will be given within an estimated 3 business days after receipt of the photos.  Solutions include customer repair, professional repair, discount, replace parts or replace entire piece.  The single biggest differentiator between our store and competition is that our products are intensely researched and scrutinized to ensure quality.  As such, defects are not common, and when they do occur, we will work with the manufacturer to ensure that a reasonable resolution is reached. 

NON-FURNITURE SHIPPING DAMAGE:

If you receive an item with shipping damage, you will need to contact the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt of the item.  If you are not sure which shipping company delivered the item, please email us a description of the issue, photos of the damage, the entire piece, and the product label to us, and we will act as a friendly liaison as long as it makes sense to do so. 

STROLLER & CAR SEAT DEFECTS:

Although our company does not have a warranty on any items that we sell, the manufacturers that we deal with do so.  If you receive a car seat or stroller with a defect, our manufacturers will require that you contact them directly.  The single biggest differentiator between our store and competition is that our products are intensely researched and scrutinized to ensure quality.  As such, defects are not common,

BEDDING, ROOM DÉCOR, & BABY ESSENTIAL DEFECTS:

Although our company does not have a warranty on any items that we sell, the manufacturers that we deal with do so.  If you receive a bedding, room décor or baby essential item with a defect, please email us a description of the issue, photos of the damage, the entire piece, and the product label to us.  We will then forward the information to the manufacturer for a suggested resolution.   A response will be given within an estimated 3 business days after receipt of the photos.  The single biggest differentiator between our store and competition is that our products are intensely researched and scrutinized to ensure quality.  As such, defects are not common, and when they do occur, we will work with the manufacturer to ensure that a reasonable resolution is reached.
